    Used in conjunction with an adjustable holder, they allow accurate high-spot identification and material removal without inducing panel distortion.
    Manufactured from Carburised & Heat-Treated SS400 Steel Construction – Quenched, ground, and sandblasted to deliver consistent surface quality, enhanced wear resistance, and long-lasting professional performance.
    Blades feature precision-cut, individually formed teeth for consistent cutting action and long service life, with chamfered blade edges to reduce the risk of damage to surrounding panel surfaces.
    Available in Fine (13 TPI), Standard (9 TPI) and Plasticut (6.5 TPI) tooth configurations to suit final finishing, general panel work and rapid material removal respectively.
    Supplied at 356 mm, suitable for common body file holders used in professional panel-beating environments.
